Job Summary and Qualifications

The Change Management Manager will support the Clinical Services Group, divisions, and hospital nursing leaders in executing key nursing strategies. The Manager will report to the Director of Change Management for Nursing Practice and Operations. This role will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of change initiatives affecting HCA Healthcare's 100,000 nurses and care team support roles.
Key Responsibilities
•Assess the potential impacts of a proposed change.
•Conduct impact, risk, and change readiness assessments.
•Identify key organizational stakeholders and create a vision for change.
•Advise and coach project leads on utilizing change management techniques within their projects.
•Use change strategies to address potential resistance to an initiative.
•Facilitate stakeholder workshops on the change management processes and resources.
•Utilize data to assess the impact of change and make adjustments as needed.
•Assess the overall adoption and sustainment of the change.
•Provide change and communication plans for ongoing reinforcement.
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, human resources, organizational development, business administration, or related discipline is required.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in communications and change management. Healthcare-related experience is a plus.
Additional Requirement:
•Earn PROSCI change management professional certification within the first six months.
•Must be able to travel at least 25% of the year to HCA Healthcare divisions for group operations.
