PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Carpentry Framers to join our team for exciting commercial construction projects. The role involves framing structures in commercial settings and ensuring the framework is precise and sturdy. 

The pay rate for this job is $25 - $30 / hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal framing for walls, floors, roofs, and partitions.

• Install windows, doors, and other structural elements.

• Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical specifications.

• Ensure that structures are level, plumb, and square using proper tools.

• Work with both wood and metal studs for framing in commercial buildings.

• Operate power tools, such as saws, drills, and nail guns.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Collaborate with other carpenters and construction team members to complete tasks on time.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a framer in commercial construction.

• Proficiency with framing tools and techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure precise cuts and measurements.

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

• Must have personal hand tools and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

• Reliable transportation to job sites.
