As a Customer Support Representative(Spanish/English), you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers. Your role will be to assist them with inquiries, service requests, billing questions, and other utility-related issues. You will also provide support to English-speaking customers as needed. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails in both Spanish and English.

• Provide accurate information about utility services, billing, and account management.

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

• Process service requests, payments, and account updates.

• Assist customers in setting up new utility services and transferring existing services.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and service offerings.

• Contribute to a positive customer experience by demonstrating patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
