Position Summary

The Shared Services department serves many areas including, but limited to, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Order to Cash, and Marketing. We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager and Business Analyst to join our Shared Services Transformation team. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects by leveraging your analytical skills, problem-solving acumen, and ability to streamline processes. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects, from planning and execution to analysis and reporting, while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders. This project manager will be a pooled resource that can be deployed to various types of projects and service areas.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of 1-3 assigned projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management strategies.

  • Track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.

  • Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks, implementing effective solutions to maintain momentum.

  • Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Business Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement to optimize workflows.

  • Translate project requirements into actionable plans and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.

  • Develop process flow diagrams and documentation.

  • Executions project actions, process changes, and measuring impact.

Collaboration:

  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project execution and communication.

  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, clearly conveying project progress, challenges, and resolutions.

  • Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes open communication and problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 working years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent work experience

  • 5 years experience in Project Management

  • Prior experience using business analytics

  • Prior experience with Service Level Agreements (SLA's)

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in Shared Services

  • PMP or related certification
