Description

Robert Half is seeking a Tennessee licensed attorney with experience in eligibility claims and appeals. This is a long-term project that will support a government entity with various tasks related to Medicaid claims.

Daily responsibilities:

• Review claims appeals

• Attend administrative hearings as needed

• Communicate with clients and courts

• Monitor Federal deadlines

• Summarize and organize findings

  Requirements

• Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee- required

• Familiarity with legal procedures and protocols

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to review legal documents for quality and accuracy

• Experience with appeals and understanding of related timelines

• Ability to work within specified time frames

• Skills in creating a cohesive argument or case

• Knowledge of public policy relevant to the position

• Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks and deadlines
