Assistant General Manager (AGM)

As the Assistant General Manager:

  • You will have the responsibility of implementing strategies for installing flooring, establishing installation objectives, and evaluating performance metrics.

  • You will be in charge of recruiting, training, and motivating the Installation Team to improve regional flooring installation results and enhance overall performance.

  • You will provide support for sales appointments as required.

  • You will receive ongoing training and assistance in sales, operations, and management.

  • You will gain an understanding of our company's core values and how we embody them.

Requirements

  • You have a valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation.

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • You are proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office technology.

  • Prior sales experience is preferred.
