Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Analytics Team Lead to sit hybrid, two days a week onsite for an auction management company in Nashville, TN. This group is responsible for reviewing salvage assets throughout the country. The main responsibility of this person will be to lead the team execution and managing their day to day activities. Day to day this person will communicating with their team through weekly 1:1's, training team members on best practices and allocating resources efficiently so there is workload balance across the team.

Compensation:

$85,000/yr to $130,000/yr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of experience working as an Analytics Team Lead in the insurance industry

Experience working with data modeling and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI

Experience working in with and managing a distributed team through remote communication platforms Experience working with claims, auto physical damage and/or total loss adjustment null
