The THAAD program is a Legacy program for BAE Systems and has been around for 20 years and will be in the manufacturing phase for another 10 years (at least!!). This program is combat proven and serves a critical role to protect the United States and its allies - and we need your help to continue to accomplish this mission.

We are actively hiring for a 2ND SHIFT test technician to support our test operations within the cleanroom and outside of the cleanroom. This role will require setting up test equipment and running critical tests of subassemblies and the final unit by following test procedures, work instructions and command media.

The role is focused on second shift (4/10 schedule) at the Nashua, NH facility and offers flexible start times to align with the needs of the Manufacturing organization. Does this sound like a role for you? Apply today and come join the team!

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School Diploma and 3 years work experience or equivalent experience

• An ability to work with large complex builds and possess good manual dexterity requiring the use of both hands

• An ability to read and interpret work instructions

• Possess a secret clearance

• 2nd Shift: 3pm - 1am

• Ability to wear full bunny gear

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• A strong candidate will be able to:

• Feel comfortable using the computer

• Possess an ability to read step-by-step work instructions/test procedures from the computer

• Prior experience supporting test operations

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $62810 - $100540

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
