BAE Systems Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area is seeking a Program Quality Engineer II to support the F35 production program in New Hampshire. In this role, you will help amplify the voice of Quality with proactive and predictable implementation of the quality sciences.

As a Program Quality Engineer II you will leverage your knowledge and experience of the quality sciences to help the team meet quality, cost, and on-time delivery targets. This role focuses on communication with internal and external customers, championing continuous improvement, and helping the team make decisions and drive actions based on data.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing data to reduce CoPQ and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Participating in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities

  • Control of non-conforming materials, including leading containment and disposition activities

  • Supporting production through Process Review Board, Corrective Action Board and Configuration Control Board participation

  • Overseeing Production Process Verification (PPV) / First Article Inspections (FAI)

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline

  • Basic understanding of quality science tools (8D RCCA, SPC, auditing)

  • Self-starting problem solver with a fact-based focus on continuous improvement

  • Organized; capable of juggling several tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Team-oriented; ability and desire to work with a hybrid team

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • 0-4 years of experience

  • Active Secret or higher

  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards (MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38534, AS9100, AS9102)

  • Familiarity with microwave electronics

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
