Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Fabricates and/or modifies complex microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies by following specific instructions using an MRSI microwave component automated pick and place machine.

Prefer familiarity with operating an MRSI 705 and 175. Should be familiar with die attach (MMICs, IC's, caps, diodes and resistors) on complex modules. Must be able to work with a microscope for an entire shift. Prefer ability to fabricate and/or modify complex microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies. Prefer experience working with adhesives and epoxy's.

Computer competency and English literacy is required to ensure the candidate will be capable of following instruction/safety guidelines.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

High School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $39820 - $63690
