BAE Systems Electrical Assembler II - 2nd Shift Nashua, New Hampshire
Job Description
Please Note this position supports our 2 nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2 nd Shift from 3:30PM to 2 AM - 4/10 work week - Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Assembler that can puts boards together various products such as equipment, reading detailed instructions to ensure products are created efficiently and correctly. Have some computer skills and understand how to navigate via outlook and other links within the process.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Computer skills required.
Interpret assembly instructions.
Follow directions from supervisors and/or team leads.
Determine if all parts are present.
Read and interpret blueprints and sketches.
Read parts list.
Assemble tools and materials.
Positions parts and subassemblies.
Interpret measurements.
Verify specifications.
Assemble components.
Ensure all parts are fitted and screwed in properly.
Alter dimensions to fit specifications.
Resolve assembly and production issues.
Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
Ensure working environment is clean and safe.
Report errors in product line or system recording-(Solumina)
Complete quality product and move from operation in the system.
Place orders for supplies as needed if parts short or needs to be replaced.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $41024 - $65639
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
