Process customer orders and shipments, serving as one of the main contacts for customers

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain customer open order releases in MRP system, entering schedules according to guidelines and flagging any conflicts
• Frequent customer website review for initial and changing demand in schedules
• Process customer and supplier outbound shipment documents with SAP
• Serve as the initial contact for customer inquiries on delivery information and expedites
• Communicate to Shipping Department and Production Planners the needs and requests of customers
• Maintain customer order documents, records, files, premium freight log and records, and other relative files
