Description We are in search of a CNC Programmer to join our team located in Naples, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with creating programs for Rollomatic machines, troubleshooting programming issues, and implementing efficient production methods. This position will allow you to be an integral part of our team, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret drawings and solid part models to create programs for Rollomatic machines using VG/VG Pro software.

• Troubleshoot any programming issues that may arise and develop appropriate solutions.

• Create set-up sheets based on tooling criteria and ensure the accuracy of initial setups and final outcomes for each job.

• Revise programs and documentation in response to engineering changes.

• Organize and maintain a library of programs.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient production methods for both complex and simple parts.

• Communicate job status updates to the department manager.

• Provide support on the shop floor with inspection methods, training, machine alarms, and programming concerns.

• Assist the tool room with designs and prints for work-holding fixtures.

• Ensure smooth and efficient transitions of products to the next operation. Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in a CNC Programmer role

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies

• Experience with iOS Apps

• Familiarity with Linux Technologies

• Experience with AB Testing

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Experience with Apple Devices

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies

• Familiarity with Computer Hardware

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
