Summary of Responsibilities:

The Media Traffic Manager will support Chervon’s brand owned Digital Marketing initiatives and coordination of campaign launches under the leadership of the Sr. Integrated Media Manager. This role will be responsible for supporting marketing execution based on omni-channel business initiatives. This individual will work with internal team members including Creative, Brand Managers, Product Managers, and external agencies to support the development of new and evergreen campaigns. The Media Traffic Manager must be an organized multitasker with a keen eye on details of campaign execution, while juggling many projects at once and being adaptable to change.

Key Job Responsibilities: 

• Works hand-in-hand with the Sr. Integrated Media Manager to collect all input for campaign launch to deliver successful end-to-end execution.

• Work hand in hand with Digital Services team members to ensure plans are aligned to better facilitate go to market execution with retail partners.

• Works with all external partners and agencies to assure timely delivery of media assets and media plan executions. 

• Responsible for maintaining asset needs and project calendar based on individual brand launch plans or key initiatives.

• Defines and communicates content needs to support campaigns by channel.

• Coordinates and supports requests to internal teams and/or external agencies based on the campaign requirements.

• Communicates deadlines and tracks projects to completion with stakeholders.

• Evaluates and improves current practices, automates common processes, and takes the initiative to improve current business practices.

• Coordinates with agencies and operations on sample requirements for influencers; also handles sample requirements for Bazaar Voice reviewers.

• Performs a variety of other duties as assigned.

  Required Education and Experience:

• Experience in Digital Marketing is required.

• Minimum work experience of 1-3 years to be considered.

• Good communication skills with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work with diverse types of people and communication styles.

• Team management skills and follow-up.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Previous experience with project management software is a plus.

  Supervisory Responsibility:

  This position is not responsible for supervising other employees.    

  Travel:

  It is not anticipated that this position will require travel.  

  Work Environment:

  This job operates in a professional office environment and is flexible with our team member’s work life balance. We are in-person at our Naperville, IL office a minimum of 3 days a week.
