DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process weekly and monthly billing statements.
• Billing functions including billing inquires and payment reconciliations
• Billing collections and monitoring past due account balance and follow-up with Group administrators
• Provide recommendations for groupindividual billing issues
• Monthly cash application reconciliation
• Adhoc Reporting for Groups & Individuals
• Promote the service quality efforts of DDIL and is committed to developing a team environment.
• Attend weeklymonthly Group implementation meeting
• Maintenance of Group Banking information
• Complete assigned general ledger journal entries and provide assistance in keying journal entries into the general ledger.
• Assist with the W-9 mailing and 1099 preparation.
• Assist with specific schedules in preparation of Audits by the Department of Insurance or External Auditors.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Access EPHI following most current versions of the Privacy and Security, Enterprise Information Technology Policies, Employee Handbook, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
