About the Role

TWE seeks an experienced Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce Senior Manager with strong experience managing complex DTC websites for multiple brands. This role will oversee a team of four and be responsible for all TWE Americas DTC websites, merchandising and landing pages, and will provide support for all websites, email campaigns and promotions.

You will be responsible for

  • Support delivery of budgeted eCommerce conversion metrics and revenue targets.

  • Develop product promotional mix to meet revenue expectations for assigned brands.

  • Develop and manage eCommerce campaigns targeting all consumer and B2B channels for assigned brands.

  • Support implementation, webstore merchandising and manage campaigns/promotions for TWE DTC websites.

  • Maintain appropriate inventory at Wineshipping in alignment with Operations team for assigned brands.

  • Develop landing pages and other personalized activations for B2B and D2C customer initiatives.

  • Content Management including authoring and publishing to sites.

  • Produce digital promotional material to support customer acquisition efforts for D2Collector and B2B Plan and execute ecommerce and brand oriented ecommerce campaigns.

  • Deliver compelling digital content for DTC Digital Marketing campaigns – develop strong sense of brand aesthetics to ensure consistent and accurate designs and communications.

  • Measure results of campaigns and report on effectiveness and learnings.

About You

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Digital technology, IT or a related field.

  • You have a minimum of 6 years of eCommerce experience, preferably in DTC or Consumer Packaged Goods.

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of platform integrations experience.

  • You understand customer segmentation and targeting.

  • You are strong at creating content with varied forms of digital content across digital platforms in both static and video formats.

  • You have a working knowledge of key email data metrics and Google Analytics.

  • You are highly creative and imaginative in solutioning.

  • You have proven ability to deliver results and respond to ambitious KPIs.

  • You have a demonstrated ability to generate creative content with sound editorial judgement.

  • You have a working knowledge of the various digital publishing platforms especially Facebook and Instagram.

  • You are organized and have the ability to oversee projects from conception to delivery.

  • You have a passion for all things digital – Ability to translate that passion into day-to-day projects.

  • You can work quickly and effectively under pressure and to short deadlines.

  • You have excellent knowledge in such design programs as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Premiere and PowerPoint.

  • You are analytical and have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

  • You ae a problem-solver and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

  • You have a collaboration spirit and are skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams and external agencies in a global organization.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $113,000 to $144,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work in our Napa, CA location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
