Description We are in the market for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Napa, California. In this role, you will deal with tasks such as account reconciliation, check runs, coding invoices, and data entry. This role is a long-term contract position in the industry, where you will play a pivotal role in automating Accounts Payable and Account Receivable processes, as well as managing physical checks and a significant volume of ACH.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and reconcile accounts payable

• Execute check runs and code invoices for payment

• Handle data entry tasks with precision and efficiency

• Manage physical checks and a large volume of ACH

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions

• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks

• Manage purchasing tasks and associate packing slips and Purchase Orders

• Perform 3-way invoice matching for 50-100 invoices per week

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) processes

• Demonstrable experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices

• Exceptional Data Entry skills for accurate record keeping

• Competence in Invoice Processing to ensure timely payments

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data

• Familiarity with Oracle for database management

• Experience with QuickBooks for financial management and reporting

• Knowledge of SAP for business process management

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
