This position offers a temp-to-hire opportunity after 90 days, providing the potential for long-term benefits and stability to cultivate your career and enrich your skill set!Available Shifts: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday 7 AM - 3 PM)2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 3 PM - 11 PM)Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Optimize running lines and prevent breakdowns using proactive problem-solving skills.Resolve product quality problems related to equipment and processes.Address breakdown issues at the point of occurrence, involving other technicians as needed to troubleshoot and repair problems.Use appropriate analytical tools and measuring techniques to pinpoint problems, set up, and repair machines.Execute preventative maintenance tasks efficiently using the work order system.Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications.
