What is the job about?

Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company. Responsible for designated business area.

Your main responsibilities

  • Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team.

  • Develop and maintain dealer network, develop dealer’s competency

  • Create and maintain good relationship with end users.

  • Maintain good relationship with design institute, consulting firms, authorities, and other stakeholders.

  • According to sales target, work out sales strategy and action plan in the specific business area of the specific region.

  • Monitor account receivable balance monthly; follow up with customers on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms to assist maintain cash flow and reduce potential bad debts.

  • Other tasks assigned by manager

Your background:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Water Engineering or Environment Engineering.

  • Prefer minimum 1-3 years sales experience in the field of water process products.

  • Technical background is beneficial.

  • Familiar with water treatment field market in China.
