We are seeking to hire a Nursing Supervisor for our Elm Clinic (supporting the Urgent Care and Pediatrics!

As a Nursing Supervisor in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of multiple specialty sites of ten or more physicians and mid-levels, focusing on physician relationships, staff relationships, and customer service. You will coordinate the day-to-day back office operations as needed. You will be knowledgeable with Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA and State radiological safety standards as well as any other local, state or federal mandates. You will also focus on customer service, physician and staff relationship and financial management and provide leadership and nursing oversight for back office staff.

Our ideal candidate has the ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations, while providing outstanding customer service. He or she needs to have excellent communication skills and must be a team player.

The colleague hired into this role will initially be working to support our Elm Urgent Care and Pediatrics until Nov of 2025, when they will transition to our Caldwell Health Plaza where they will be supporting that clinics* Family Practice, Pediatrics, and Urgent Care.

General Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience required, preferably in a physician office setting.

  • Management experience preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

License/Certification:

  • Candidate must have an RN license in Idaho and must provide licensure in their secondary state (OR) within 3 months of hire

  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required
