Wage - $23.27 per hour

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts (7:30 am – 4:30 pm), Monday – Friday

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for performing center maintenance and repair in specialized crafts: heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

Essential functions:

1. Order materials required to perform work; prepare the required paperwork to reflect cost, use of materials and other data for accounting purposes

2. Perform maintenance and repair of heating, plumbing, air conditioning and drainage systems

3. Repair or replace faulty or damaged light fixtures, outlets, fuses as directed

4. Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork

5. Install window shades/ coverings, security locks, etc.

6. Perform repair or replacement of plumbing, fixtures, washers, seals, etc..

Education and Experience Requirements:

• HSD or equivalent; technical training in maintenance repair required.

• 3 years related craft experience at a journey worker level.

• Valid HVAC certification required

• Must demonstrate maintenance skills.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.
