Facility Engineerとして経験のある技術者を募集します。

【業務内容】

データセンターやオフィスビルなどを始めとする様々な環境において、Kyndrylを代表する設備専門家としてプロジェクトに参画し、以下のような業務に従事いただきます。

・設備課題（信頼性、省エネなど）に対して解決策のご提案とソリューション提供

・システム導入に伴う設備工事の設計施工管理

Your Role

As a representative of Kyndryl, you will participate in projects as a facility specialist in a variety of environments, including data centers and office buildings, and perform the following tasks

• Propose solutions to facility issues (reliability, energy conservation, etc.) and provide solutions.

• Design and construction management of equipment work associated with system installation

• 流暢な日本語力 (読み書き話す)

＜望ましいスキルと経験＞

• 建築士、技術士、施工管理技士など建築、設備に関する国家資格保有者歓迎

• 様々なIT概念、実務、手順に精通していること

• 精密な技術計画、設計図、図面、モデルの作成に関わる設計技術、ツール、原則の知識

• 問題に対する代替的な解決策、結論、アプローチの長所と短所を特定する論理性と推論力

• 細部へのこだわりを持った分析力と問題解決能力

＜Required Skills and Experiences＞

・Knowledge and working experience in facilities construction

・Experience leading multi-person project teams

・Fluent Japanese language skills

＜Preferred Skills and Experiences＞

・National qualifications such as architect, engineer, construction management engineer, etc. related to construction and facilities are welcome

・Familiar with IT concepts, practices, and procedures

・Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models

・Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

・Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
