About the Position
Join our team of professional drivers dedicated to getting students to and from school safely
Drivers enjoy the support of our industry leading technology to guide them through their daily routes
Prioritize vehicle maintenance by conducting pre and post trip vehicle inspections
Provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus
Qualifications
Good verbal communication skills
At least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
Be subject to a drug screen and physical

Are there jobs available now?
We have several part-time positions available.
How many hours a week will I work?
All positions are providing 30 or more hours per week.
Can I drive for my child’s school?
It depends on the route assignment. However, it can be arranged with other drivers for CCSD students.
Is there other work available besides regular bus routes?
Yes, field trips and charter event trips for bus drivers are available.
What is the rate of pay?
Driver starting pay is $21.75 / monitor pay (https://protect-us.mimecast.com/s/A09AC4x30QhypNxPtxZRgA?domain=sites.google.com) is $12.50 per hour.
Can I take my bus home with me?
No, park outs are not authorized.
Do I get benefits?
Benefits are available for all employees.
Do you provide training?
Yes, we provide all the training to obtain a CDL.
Do you pay for training?
Yes, CDL Training is at $15.00 per hour. Monitor training is $10.00 per hour.
When do I get my first check?
After the first week of training.
