SUMMARY

The Local Quality Assurance Coordinator leads the Quality Assurance function for the site, so that all of the organization’s raw materials, in-process products, and finished products conform to technical specifications, perform reliably, meet internal and external quality standards, and comply with all relevant regulations, licenses, and certifications. The site QA Coordinator is responsible for improving the reliability and quality of our products by developing & updating the quality assurance system. Keep FSSC22000 certification

Furthermore, this position is responsible for the assurances that products manufactured by the company meet the norms and specifications of our clients and are at a higher level of quality and reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safety/Security/Hygiene: Work with relative departments to supervise the implementation and maintenance of all safety, health, and environmental procedures in accordance with company policies and standards.

• Lead managing factory GMP and ensure corrective actions timely and effectively taken.

• Ensure compliance with all HACCP, FSSC22000, standards and customer/external audit requirements;

• Prepare and successfully complete internal & third-party audits;

• Assure full compliance with national and international quality/food safety-related legislation

• Contact with Corporate to do ring test, reporting, and provide quality input on projects

• Oversees on measures, records, and reports dimensional, functional and visual attributes compliance with specified requirements

• Calibration checks on quality-related equipment and schedules calibration of equipment requiring outside calibration

• Maintain measurement database integrity

• Documents and reports all supplier quality-related issues per document procedures

• Controls and reports all nonconformance product per documented procedures

• Ensures completion of all customer required testing

• Reports production quality through Certificate of Compliance or Analysis as specified by the customer

• Works with production and customer to determine optimized process settings to assure specified requirements are met (specifically during sampling and product qualification process)

• Input on periodic customer visits whenever needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Chemistry/Food Technology/Biochemistry

• 3+ years of practical experience in Quality Assurance, HACCP, Food Safety, FSSC22000, ISO22000

• English Fluent

• Experience in Food Industry

• Knowledge physical & chemical analysis, micro

• 6 working days
