Olsten Staffing is assisting a local medical office with their search to find an Office Administrator to join their team! This is a full-time position. Apply now if you meet the qualifications below!

Responsibilities for this job include-

  • Guide staff and oversee office procedures execution.

  • Manage patient information and maintain confidentiality.

  • Utilize tools such as QuickBooks, Square, and Google Sheets.

  • Handle billing tasks, including accounts payable/receivable and payment collection.

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and manage purchase orders.

  • Support the team with employee onboarding/offboarding.

  • Foster a supportive environment for patients and staff through effective communication.

  • Promote patient education on breast cancer and cryoablation using various resources.

  • Maintain an informative online presence for patients and providers.

  • Handle phone inquiries and schedule appointments.

  • Ensure accurate patient data collection using the internal tool.

  • Oversee inventory and order medical supplies, including probes.

  • Schedule surgeries and coordinate care with healthcare providers.

  • Manage financial tasks, including bill payments, sending estimates, and reconciling accounts.

Qualifications for this job include-

  • High school diploma required, Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

  • Experience in medical office administration, with proficiency in Google Workspace and scheduling software.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of breast cancer care, and patient advocacy.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills with attention to detail

  • Reliable transportation and attendance

This position will pay based on experience with a range of pay from $15.00-$20.00/hr. and is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
