• Responsible for visually inspecting and packing items for shipment.

• Assembles cardboard containers or selects pre-assembled containers.

• Inserts items into containers using spacers, fillers, and protective padding.

• Binds containers with proper material (e.g. tape).

• Weighs parts for count.

• Makes and applies identifying information (labels) and shipping instructions onto containers.

• Ensures information is accurate and conforms to order.

• Load and Unload Trucks with forklift (with both gas and electric).

Requirements

• Forklift experience a PLUS.

• Have experience with micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.

• Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office programs. SAP Experience a plus.

• Detail-oriented.

• Data input skills needed.
