Primary Duties: Coordinate Inpro products with other product lines to create finished designers for internal and external customers. Create physical or electronic Interior Design boards based upon approved standards. Supporting the Interior Design with project related tasks like: Preparing design narratives, concepting, design presentations, sample ordering and internal communication with a high degree of quality, balancing project schedule and budget constraints. Assisting with the development and launch of new colors, patterns and designs. Helping with the production of the Collections Program with design trends and material selection. Aiding with marketing photoshoots, video shoots and renderings. Work with internal Aspex graphic team and sales with selecting image boards for customer projects. Assist Product Management with color and internal coordination resources, ensuring the documents are always up to date. Develop a product sample program with the Interior Designer in coordination with Sales, Product Management, Marketing and the Sample Department. Assisting in the clean-up and reset of the design center and showroom after a customer visit. Job Specifications: Minimum of an Associate degree or bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture from an accredited program. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial design. Proficient in computer use, CAD and Revit software; Strong rendering experience, computer and freehand; graphic design sensibility desired. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Commitment to professional education and personal enrichment to enhance one\'s ability to thrive as a team member on unique and complex design projects. Excellent communication skills, technical writing, and creative writing as well as organizational skills. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, multi-task, and provide high quality services to clients. Prior knowledge in various segments of design (Hospitality, Education, Healthcare, Senior Living, etc.) with knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment, architectural / interior finishes, lighting, art, signage, color and materials to carry out design intent.
