The Impact You'll Make in this Role This position will have the opportunity to lead, direct, and guide the continued growth and evolution of a product currently aimed at helping hospitals, providers and payers better manage their outpatient populations and risk-based patient populations in value-based contracts. The impact will help assure patients receive enhanced continuity of care through accurate, complete, and compliant documentation. This role will be responsible for the leadership of the product teams, product vision, product roadmap, and execution. The product manager will support sales readiness, EIT readiness, and adoption readiness as needed for success of the product

As a Product Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Lead effort with product owner teams and customers to define, prioritize, and lead execution of the product roadmap.
  • Coordinate, create and maintain product documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including training materials, user guides, release notes and reporting
  • Triage development and QA tickets based on business and customer priorities
  • Provide subject matter expertise for product marketing, sales enablement, and customer project support
  • Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum's values and ethical standards)

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum is looking for candidates who must (at a minimum) have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and eight (8) years of healthcare experience with a f ocus on revenue cycle with either CRC or an OP CDI credentials.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and fourteen (14) years of healthcare experience f ocus on revenue cycle with ei ther CRC or an OP CDI credentials.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree in health information systems (HIS), hea th policy, or hospital administration (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of experience in product management
  • Five (5) years of experience working in healthcare risk adjusted market payer/provider needs
  • OP CDI/Coder certifications: CPC, CDIP, RHIA, CCS
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
