Neurotologist

About th is role :

As a Physician in Neurotology you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.  In this role you will perform tympan mastoidectomies with & without OCR, Modified radical mastoidectomies w/ OCR, Tympanoplasties with & without OCR, stapedotomies, cochlear implantations

· This position includes a  $ 3 0,000  sign-on bonus, up to $ 2 0,000  in relocation assistance depending on eligibility

· You will practice at our Cottonwood Clinic in Murray, UT located on the same campus as Intermountain’s Hearing & Balance Center and within proximity to our flagship hospital, Intermountain Medical Center where you will operate

· You will have two clinic days per week and can expect to see 20-27 patients per day

What you’ll bring:

· MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

· Residency training in Otolaryngology

· Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology with a subspecialty in Neurotology

· Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

· Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

· Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
