Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, provide and assist with the basic care and support of patients to include maintaining an awareness of the comfort and safety of patients, implement and monitor patient care plans, observe patients to detect symptoms which may require medical attention, and provide corresponding reports, assist physicians and nurses in the deployment and operation of medical equipment for the provision of patient treatment and care, and administer medications.
