In search of an Accounts Payable clerk for employment in Rutherford County. A qualified candidate must have 1+ year of full-cycle A/P and excellent computer skills (especially Excel). This is an onsite temp to perm opportunity with a terrific employer in Murfreesboro, and requires attention to detail and excellent follow through.

salary: $20 - $21 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Review invoices and purchase orders for payment

• Code invoices with correct expense code and enter into system

• Perform check runs and obtain signatures for checks

• Assist with AR - bank deposits, posting payments, processing credit apps, prepare billing

• Bank statement reconciliations

• Credit card reconciliations
