We are offering a unique opportunity for a Medical Data Entry Clerk in Murfeesboro, Tennessee. This role involves working in the healthcare industry, specifically focusing on medical data entry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating patient records, utilizing various data entry systems, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all data. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate data entry of patient information into the hospital records system.

• Utilizing systems for data entry and record-keeping purposes.

• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Deliver excellent customer service when handling patient inquiries and updating records.

• Document all data entry actions and patient interactions as part of the role.

• Ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Uphold the highest standards of data privacy and confidentiality in accordance with industry regulations.

• Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure all patient data is accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Nice to have experience with EHR SYSTEM usage for medical data management

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data

• Strong Customer Service skills to handle queries and provide assistance

• High speed and accurate Data Entry skills

• Ability to prepare and maintain Documentation related to medical records.
