Hiawatha Log Homes is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable about the product preferred (not required).

• Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.

• Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of clients and build lasting relationships.

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.

• Customer service skill to listen and answer questions about the products.

• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.

• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.

• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.

• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.

• Wages negotiable based on experience.

• Employment conditional of completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.
