  • You support us in our daily business by conducting research activities and assisting with the preparation, follow-up, and coordination of meetings. This includes tasks such as organizing, creating protocols, and handling documentation.

  • You will be in creating, refining, and formatting presentation documents, reports, and statistical data.

  • You assist our team by providing support on smaller projects and various topics

  • You will help assisting end-users/1st- & 2nd level support with IT-related questions and problems

  • You support our team in testing of new features/new releases, assist in roll-outs and quality assurance

  • You will be creating and maintaining IT documentation, manuals, and guides

What you need to make real what matters.

  • Currently you are studying business informatics, computer science or a similar field

  • You have excellent analytical skills, knowledge with PowerBI

  • You have a structured and independent way of working

  • You score with very good MS Office skills, especially e.g. with Excel, PowerPoint etc.

  • Experience in Learning Management Systems is a plus

  • Good data affinity complete your profile

  • Ideally you have already gained experience in creating, revising and formating presentation documents and reports / statistics

  • You are fluent in German and English
