Our purpose is to build transformation capabilities and sustainably anchor proactive transformation with a focus on people as a common practice at Siemens. To achieve this goal, we act as catalysts and experts for strategic workforce transformation. Within these topics, our responsibilities include the strategic development, product development and enablement of the organization. We do this as a business-, data- and ecosystem-driven team consisting of highly engaged and hands-on individuals with a passion for Workforce Transformation. Hot topics such as the impact of GenAI and how we can proactively address the implications on our people are also part of strategic questions we are dealing with.

  • You will have the opportunity to participate in our strategic workforce transformation initiatives and projects, allowing you to integrate your own ideas and shape the direction of these projects #IdeasAreAlwaysWelcome

  • You will play a role in communicating our exciting topics

  • You are encouraged to let your creativity flow in both internal and external channels

  • You will provide support in our day-to-day operations, such as preparing management documents, assisting with research projects, and organizing events

Use your skills to move the world forward.

  • Currently you are studying at a college/university with a deep interest in the future of work (preferably interdisciplinary) and have 15 - 20 hours / week to tackle the topics together with us

  • You are interested in People & Organization trends and developments in the world of work and have already gained some practical experience in this context, preferably around transformation or change communication

  • You are looking for personal responsibility and independence in your work, even as a working student, and are familiar with a dynamic environmen

  • You are familiar with PowerPoint, Excel & Co. and have an affinity for digital tools and media

  • You are not afraid to give presentations in front of colleagues

  • You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English
