What part will you play?

  • Come and join our team of Learning & Development (L&D) enthusiasts, as part of the wider NextLevel Team at Siemens P&O. Exciting topics and projects are awaiting you. Shape with us the future of L&D for People and Organization (=HR) function

  • As a working student you will help us with research on external trends

  • Drafting appealing visualizations in PowerPoint, or creating videos is part of your role

  • Working with different data (e.g. in Excel) and deriving insights, checking and improving drafts as well as taking responsibility for work packages are your daily tasks

  • Your organizing skills will help to prepare and support meetings, workshops, or events

  • Last but not least: show us your initiative by being proactive and pitching ideas!

What you need to make real what matters.

  • You are a student preferably in a master`s degree program in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or a similar field

  • Preferably, you have already gained some experience at a “Global Player” in the Learning field or in P&O (HR) environment

  • You have high communication and collaboration skills as well as excellent MS Office skills (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Fluency in English completes your profile
