The Munich Marriott City West sets new benchmarks and standards in meetings & events. Inspired by the Bavarian lifestyle and with 398 guest rooms and suites and nearly 5000 sqm of public space, including a state-of-the-art conference center, customized and first-class event needs are put into practice. The upscale concept includes the Italian restaurant & Vineria Assoluto with open show kitchen, the Assoluto Caffe and the Westhub Lounge & Bar, offering an outstanding culinary offering combined with warm hospitality in a stylish ambience. Our guests are also delighted by the spectacular roof terrace and MClub Lounge with panoramic views over the city, all the way to the Bavarian Alps. Who we are looking for...

Shining glasses, mirror-like cutlery and tip-top clean dishes - that's standard for us, because you're responsible for them! You have a talent for order and always keep track - whether dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots or cooking utensils. You know exactly where to find what ,how much we have and what we need.

What your responsibilities are...

• You are responsible for the daily cleaning of all black & white ware in all service periods (glasses, cutlery, dishes, pots, cooking utensils, buffet equipment,....)

• You are responsible for the correct storage and inventory of the black & white dishes

• In your department there is little breakage, because you know exactly how the items have to be stored and transported and you pass this knowledge on to others

• You organize the daily kitchen cleaning of the main & banquet kitchens as well as the satellite kitchens

• You are jointly responsible for cleanliness and maintenance according to HAACP guidelines

• As a true team player, you enjoy working as part of a team and are always willing to help others.

• You already have solid experience in the field of stewarding

• Your motivation is accompanied by your professionalism and your structure-conscious way of working

• Your strong sense of quality and your high standards are evident in everything you do.

• Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality

• You speak English and/or German

• You have valid work permit for Germany / EU
