Amazon Senior Program Manager in Munich, Germany

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager in our seller services team in Germany to support business development and compliance efforts. These include finding new growth opportunities for Sellers, defining solutions to help sellers adopt our existing growth programs (such as FBA and PanEU), and support Sellers (in Germany and rest of EU) in complying with new regulations that might otherwise impact their growth. The candidate will closely with product, tax, finance and legal teams to drive these initiatives.

Main responsibilities include:

(1) Defining and driving new growth opportunities for German Sellers.

(2) Lead Seller engagement efforts to help DE and EU Sellers comply with regulations, coordinating efforts among tech, legal, tax, finance, business and ops teams.

(3) Lead team of 15 SMEs across EU to coordinate Seller engagement efforts for compliance.

(4) Partner with product teams to build improvements in compliance roadmap based on voice of the seller

(5) Provide updates to leadership on growth programs, and compliance progress.

Berlin, BE, DEU | Munich, BY, DEU

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in program or project management

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing

  • Experience leading process improvements
