Our mission as Next Level team at Siemens P&O (People & Organizations) is to empower the P&O function to deliver on our strategic ambitions, by co-creating functional enablement solutions, building skills and encouraging a co-ownership approach of our people. What role will you play?

• You will develop and communicate the value proposition of P&O, emphasizing its benefits to Siemens' People and Organizations.

• Crafting and overseeing the storytelling and branding narrative for P&O across different teams will be a key aspect of your role.

• You will work closely with stakeholders outside of the P&O function to fine-tune strategy narratives and ensure consistent messaging internally and externally.

• Your responsibilities include managing internal and external messaging strategies for P&O and ensuring a smooth handover to communication execution teams (Internal Comms, PR/External Comms, Executive Comms).

• Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating deployment and release cycles based on a well-defined roadmap.

• You will oversee the governance, operations, and maintenance of main initiative deployments and the P&O Comms house across various channels, teams, and communities.

• It will be your responsibility to maintain the relevance of existing channels and materials.

• You will be in charge to ensure quality assurance and consistent standards in P&O communications, including key messaging activities and the accurate use of terminologies and visuals.

• Working in alignment with high-level stakeholders, you will ensure cohesive communication strategies and narratives.

• You will have oversight of branding and marketing for the P&O ECO portfolio, including Digi, SGES, PX, and other initiatives.

What you need to make real what matters.

• You bring a Master's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• Your convince with long working experience in leading communications and marketing initiatives, demonstrating both inspiring leadership and senior-level expertise, preferably in the P&O function and related topics

• You excel in storytelling and narrative development

• In addition to that you possess strategic planning and project management abilities.

• You impress with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Managing multiple channels and ensuring consistent, concise, and direct messaging is one of your strengths.

• You thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

• You have exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with a preference for knowledge of German and other languages.

• You have a proven track record of successfully managing brands, marketing, and communications within a large organization.
