Senior Solution Architect at Celonis

The Role:

As a Senior Solution Architect at Celonis, you will be at the forefront, shaping our customers' first impressions and driving their success with our cutting-edge platform. Your mission? To ensure seamless data ingestion and flawless integrations that unlock unparalleled value for our clients.

As the technical maestro, you'll digest complex technical requirements and craft optimal data pipelines. You'll lead pivotal conversations on user management and authentication, acting as the bridge between our platform and the customer, ensuring no technical hurdle stands in the way of user adoption.

What You'll Do:

• Champion Customer Onboarding: Guide enterprise customers through their value journey and spearhead the technical onboarding process of Celonis.

• Architect Solutions: Lead technical discussions to identify key system architecture components, propose, and help build solutions that clear deployment roadblocks.

• Integrate Seamlessly: Establish real-time integrations to customer source systems via APIs and Celonis internal integration tools.

• Advise and Optimize: Provide expert advice on authentication, user/group management, and provisioning solutions for the Celonis platform.

• Eliminate Barriers: Remove any technical obstacles to ensure smooth user adoption of Celonis.

• Set Standards: Develop best practices and blueprints to empower the entire Celonis ecosystem.

• Drive Innovation: Leverage your technical prowess to contribute to global programs within our services organization.

What You Bring:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in project management with a strong customer-centric approach.

• Technical Savvy: Experience and enthusiasm for modern tech stacks and methods, including REST/SOAP API Management, Data Ingestion & Streaming, SSO, LDAP, IT Security, Python, Agile, and more.

• Data Mastery: Proficiency in SQL and Python, coupled with hands-on experience with data pipelines and ETL processes for large data volumes.

• Security Awareness: Knowledge of security and compliance topics relevant to enterprise applications.

• Communication Pro: A solution-oriented professional who excels in deep technical discussions and can translate technical knowledge into accessible terms for a wider audience.

• Cloud Platform Familiarity: Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

• Language Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and German.
