Role and Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for local oversight and compliance to SAFE, local GAAP/local legal requirements and internal controls across all areas

  • You will engage with the leadership team on clarity of governance priorities, governance agendas, external legal requirements, timely and quality CSA completion, and quality remediation to all issues (CSA and GIA).

  • Responsible for conducting self-audits as needed and to influence policy, interact with external auditors and authorities when needed.

Job Qualifications

  • MBA or CA

  • Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles.

  • Familiarity with policies, legal requirements, and internal control concepts.

  • Audit experience or familiarity with audit processes is preferred but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough self-audits.

  • Excellent communication skills to optimally interact with external auditors and authorities.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive performance improvement initiatives.
