We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning and Development Solution Architect to join our team at Amazon. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing learning solutions that meet the unique needs of our organization. Your expertise will be crucial in developing cutting-edge applications, simulations, and tools that enhance the learning experience for our employees.

Key job responsibilities

• Design and implement a robust learning catalog application that efficiently organizes, tracks, and manages diverse learning resources within the Amazon ecosystem.

• Develop a comprehensive simulation framework that enables employees to practice tasks in a controlled environment, fostering hands-on learning experiences.

• Customize Storyline modules to align with Amazon's unique requirements, ensuring an engaging and tailored user interface, templates, and functionality that enhance the learning experience.

• Build business simulations that incorporate sophisticated if-then scenarios, branching pathways, and scoring algorithms, providing realistic and dynamic learning experiences.

• Manage various learning tools used across Amazon, ensuring seamless integration, updates, and user support for optimal functionality.

• Integrate automation in training for long-term efficiency by reducing or eliminating repetitive and common tasks.

• Utilize web development skills to enhance the user interface and interactivity of learning applications, ensuring a seamless and modern user experience.

• Leverage full-stack development expertise to design and implement end-to-end solutions, integrating front-end and back-end technologies for comprehensive learning experiences.

• Integrate learning solutions with SharePoint for efficient content management, collaboration, and document sharing.

• Ensure that learning solutions comply with eLearning standards and regulations, providing a secure and accessible environment for all users.

About the team

The Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) team strives to guarantee customers a trustworthy shopping and ordering experience so they can shop with confidence on Amazon. We do this by (1) eliminating catalog defects, (2) ensuring listings are compliant with Amazon’s selling policies, (3) helping customers find selling partners that have a good ordering and fulfillment record, (4) ensuring customers receive authentic products in the condition they expect, and (5) in the rare chance the order experience does not meet customer expectations, protecting them by making things right with our A-to-z Guarantee. Our selling partners are also our customers and we work hard to educate and support them to facilitate a positive and friction-free selling partner experience.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

• 3+ years of program or project management experience

• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

• Experience managing teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Do you have proficiency in web development technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) and full-stack development?
