Job Dimensions (Role and Responsibilities):Managing the team of Broking Support colleagues who will perform the following functions:-Preparation and analysis of Treaty data & underwriting information for the production of contractual documents- including but not limited to slips, cover notes, wordings, endorsements, addendum, presentations, signing of contractual documents.-Preparation and technical analysis of statistics and other underwriting information supporting the negotiation and placement of Treaty business by the broking team.-Preparation of summary term sheets, Treaty programme structure charts-Maintenance of placement correspondence/ documents-To ensure accurate and timely data input in the data system (GRiDS) as well as ensuring compliance with relevant Company and Market Rules and Procedures.-Updating on progress of the placement using the appropriate trackers-Other incidental duties related to the negotiation and placement of Treaty reinsurance contracts.-Ensure the optimum use of Aon’s business systems in line with current Aon business practices.-Collaborate with colleagues throughout the Asia Pacific and Global network to achieve objectives-Support brokers in their follow-up communications with clients and reinsurers-Maintain and share technical expertise in specialist/ technical areas-Assist Clients and Brokers with Special Acceptances during the year, and ensure that all documentation and information on Special Acceptances are kept up-to-date at all times.-Responsible for maintaining the highest quality in all of the above functions; provide training and technical advice to the broking support team as and when required-Maintain expertise in Treaty Contract Wordings and provide guidance to the broking teams and broking support teams as required-Provide assistance and guidance to the wider teams in Asia (teams outside of India) on Treaty Wordings, second checking and signing their cover notes and other documentation, when required.

Skills and Attitude• Excellent organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and innovative problem-solving skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple and effective way• Logical, analytical, and resourceful mindset, able to exercise flexibility and judgement• Ability to maintain positive, professional relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders• Presentation, leading meetings, defining objectives, and delivering service level agreements, influencing, and negotiating

•Working with multiple stakeholders in time critical environments• Ability to travel when required.
