In this role, you will manage the Content Governance process for all Wealth Management customer marketing and alerts. This position ensures that all content that is published on a digital experience (site or mobile) or sent to clients via email, push or SMS has been approved by the business requestor and the appropriate legal and compliance reviewers. This includes morganstanley.com/wealth. the E*TRADE public site and mobile app, 13,000 Advisor sites, and 1,300 account alerts. In addition to working with the business requestor to ensure accurate and approved content, this position will also manage a content publisher proficient in Adobe Experience Manager who will make required updates. This person will also be the team liaison to local leadership for the 4 person marketing operations team based in Mumbai. This role will be located in Mumbai, India.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage and refine content governance process to ensure all published content has current approval. Scale process over time to include all site and mobile content (3 domains, 15k sites, 1,300 alerts). Engage business requestors (content owners) to ensure content is submitted for approval in a timely manner and required attestation forms are completed. Ensure all updates to content are made and documented for audit purposes. Monitor team workflow, productivity and provide performance evaluations, constructive feedback, coaching, and disciplinary action when necessary. Establish, maintain, and support strong working relationships with stakeholders including but not exclusive to content requestors, subject matter experts, legal and compliance, and marketing operations team members. Manage multiple work items through planning, co-ordination, communication, and collaboration. Communicate clearly through verbal and written communication leaving no room for misunderstanding. Identify, develop, refine, and deliver team reporting.

Required Qualifications

6 years of experience with content management and/or Adobe Experience Management in a corporate environment Demonstrated experience training, coaching, motivating, and mentoring team members Demonstrated experience in project management with the ability to autonomously manage multiple projects and quickly adjust priorities and

Tasks accordingly

Must have superior written and verbal communication skills to clearly summarize complex ideas into easy-to-understand language and action steps with the ability to adjust content for various audiences. Proven success working with various levels of management.

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS Degree in Finance, Business Management/Administration, English, Technical Writing Experience as a supervisor with direct reports Familiarity with content platforms including Adobe Experience Manager Experience in the Financial industry Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively Strategic and creative thinker with extraordinary attention to detail Expert organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
