AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Key job responsibilities

  • Analytics; establish baseline metrics and analytics, collaborate with DCSS team members and leadership team to track and report all key performance indicators against annual, quarterly and monthly goals. Establish and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive review documents that will drive business outcomes

  • Monitor existing KPI metrics, developing new metrics, identity correlations and root causes

  • Design and build visualization dashboards to accelerate information-to-action at scale

  • Performing regular system audits to ensure complete and accurate reporting of data/metrics

  • Support quarterly, annual planning activities

  • Develop programs, methodologies, and reports for analyzing and presenting data

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field

  • Experience in program or project management

  • Knowledge of MS Office at an intermediate level (e.g., Excel - pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc., Word - formatting etc)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced in defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

  • Experienced in writing business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases

  • Ability to communicate and influence all levels from senior executives to Individual Contributors
