As a Technical Program Manager, you will get to work across Azure with subject matter experts from services across Azure to build world-class infrastructure services that support the deployment of changes to the fleet. You will gain technical depth working on Cloud infrastructure and get an opportunity to experience the whole product cycle of shipping features and adapting to early customer feedback. In the process, you will also gain proficiency sharing the vision and strategy with our leadership and various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• You will work with Software and Hardware Engineering to design technical solutions. You’ll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.

• You’ll define success criteria as you collaborate with others to implement features for cross-functional projects. You’ll coordinate and ensure alignment across teams.

• With minimal supervision, you will help deliver on roadmap for feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation, and stay updated with governance programs.

• You will drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and partnering with other departments to collect performance metrics. You’ll also contribute to customer support and participate in direct customer engagements.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

• OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 1+ year(s) experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

• OR equivalent experience.

• 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

• 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Technical Program Management IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $81,900 - $160,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $105,600 - $174,600 per year.
