The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for delivery of all solutions produced by the assigned team, on time, within budget, in accordance with the firm-s quality standards, and to the client-s satisfaction primarily working with local government clients. The PM is also responsible for maintaining positive relationships with assigned clients and cross-selling all of the firm-s services.

Direct Reports: None
Project Management (70%)
The PM will utilize the Company-s Project Management system and work closely with project team members for completing projects. Some of the work may include but not limited to:
Leads project team meetings
Participates in professional organizations to increase firm-s exposure
Participates in training and development activities to stay current with industry standards
Proactively provides positive to constructive feedback to all team members
Develops and monitors the overall project schedule.
Completes and maintains project documentation of services
Project Management Plan (PMP)
Project review meetings minutes
Earned Value reports
Sets project success parameters and timelines
Schedules all projects reviews
Schedules and conducts project kick-off meetings
Business Development (30%)
Supports the Market Sector Leader(s) in developing new and current business prospects
Assembles the fees and written responses for project proposals
Prepares contracts for review and approval
Technical Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Architecture, or closely related field
Professional Engineer or Architecture License, preferred
5+ years of experience in project management, strongly preferred
Work Environment:
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Physical dexterity and ability to negotiate around a crowded and busy working office area, and around a crowded and busy working area, including construction sites
