Microsoft Corporation Principal Technical Program Manager - Health & Life Sciences AI Services in Multiple Locations, Israel

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional, cross-geo teams, including engineering, PM, Data Science, and Medical Science, to drive large-scale technical programs building AI platform services in healthcare.

  • Act as a program owner / program officer, driving programs forward, planning and tracking progress.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company and industry standards, security and privacy, safety and responsible AI practices, especially for the healthcare sector.

  • Drive continuous improvementand reduce developer and operational toil.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent, with a focus on software development and delivery, cross-discipline and cross-geo, managing large-scale technical programs, with a track record of successful project delivery.

  • 5+ years of experience in buildingcloud-native technologies, and strong understanding of cloud environments and landscape

  • 5+ years of experience of building software products for the healthcare industry, with proven healthcare/clinical domain knowledge. Radiology knowledge preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in working on security, privacyand compliance aspects of cloud-based large-scale products, familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards, healthcare industry standards, and secure development lifecycle.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to dive deeply into technical details, with the ability to go hands-on if needed and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
