Schedule Details:Eligible for a \$10,000 Sign on Bonus! This position will work 2nd shift and 3rd shift hours- covering both the Mukwonago and Oconomowoc Laboratory Hospital campuses. Shifts may be 2:00-10:30 pm, 2:30-11:00pm 3:00-11:30pm, 10:00pm - 6:30am shifts or similar. The position is designed to back-fill for the two hospital labs to provide additional support and coverage to the on-site teams during times of PTO, training, projects, and FMLA. This position includes approximately every third weekend rotation and up to 2 Holidays/year. Start times may vary in the future based on business needs. This position will be a generalist, trained for competency in all laboratory departments which includes Hematology/Coagulation, Chemistry/Urinalysis, Specimen Processing, Arterial Blood Gas instruments, and Blood Bank. Training will occur during first shift hours for approximately 3 months prior to moving to second/third shift. About Us: ProHealth Care offers a system-wide laboratory operation with core hospital labs at Waukesha Memorial and Oconomowoc Memorial as well as two clinic-based laboratory sites in Waukesha County. The laboratory performs over 8 million tests annually. Our Lab services operate state of the art facilities and include clinical testing in the areas of Histology, Cytology, Hematology, Coagulation, Clinical Chemistry, Urinalysis, Immunoassay, Microbiology, Transfusion service, EIA, and Molecular Biology. ProHealth Care offers a vibrant outreach program, providing laboratory testing to numerous specialty hospitals, physician offices, nursing home, and assisted living facilities. Our Pathologists and PhDs work closely with lab employees to monitor quality, as well as identify, access, and implement new technology.
