COMPLETESTAFF Accounting/Human Resource Assistant in MUKWONAGO, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare journal entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and documenting business transactions. Processes month-end reports for management review. Assists with timely processing of financial statements. Reconciles GL accounts, investigates discrepancies in accounts and makes corrections as needed. Performs year-end close out of accounts and assists working on the annual reviews, audits, and preparation of the tax return information. Investigates variances between actual and budget figures. Preparation of Sales/Use Tax Filing Preparation of Government Surveys Provides support for physical inventories, cost rolls, and the cycle count process. Assist with annual audit Payroll processing and submission Support Human Resource Functions: Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Relations ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position preferable in a manufacturing setting. Strong financial and general ledger knowledge. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and statements. Requires professional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
